Check any license yourself.
Insurance is regulated state by state. Each state’s Department of Insurance (DOI) keeps a public lookup where you can search a firm or an individual producer and see the license type, status and any actions on file.
Every licensed producer also has a National Producer Number (NPN), issued through the National Insurance Producer Registry. The NPN follows a producer across states, so it is the fastest way to confirm you have the right firm. Corbel Risk’s NPN on a live site would be shown here.
Our resident license is in Colorado, where the firm is based. In the other 37 states we hold non-resident producer licenses for Property & Casualty. Corbel Risk’s license numbers in this concept are placeholders.
