Privacy notice.

Corbel Risk is a fictional commercial insurance brokerage in Denver, Colorado. This website is a concept project built by WebRen to show how a broker’s site could look and work. It is not a live business and it does not sell insurance.
What we collect
Nothing. The forms on this site, including the coverage review, the claim report and the contact form, run entirely in your browser. What you type is not stored, not sent to a server and not shared with anyone. When you submit a form, the page shows a confirmation and clears the fields.
If your browser has JavaScript switched off, submitting a form reloads the page with a short confirmation in the address bar. Anything you typed, such as your name, email, phone number or a message, is never included. The address carries only the options you ticked, such as the kind of loss, and a flag that the form was submitted.
Cookies and local storage
The cookie banner stores your choice in a cookie. If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets two more (listed in Cookie settings in the footer). The only other thing this site saves is one preference in your browser’s local storage: whether you paused animations. It stays on your device, holds a single word, and you can clear it in your browser settings at any time.
Analytics and third parties
If you allow analytics cookies in the cookie banner, Google Analytics counts visits for WebRen, which built this concept site; it never loads without your consent, and you can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. There is no advertising, tracking pixel or session recording on this site. Fonts and images load from our own host, not from a third party. The office map is a drawing of a made-up location, not an embedded map service.
What a live site would do differently
A real brokerage collects information to quote and service coverage. If this were a live site, its privacy notice would need to cover the following, in line with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, state insurance privacy rules and laws such as the Colorado Privacy Act:
- The personal and business information collected on forms and by phone.
- How that information is used, and which carriers and service providers receive it.
- How long records are kept and how they are protected.
- How to ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your information.
Children
This site is written for business owners and is not aimed at anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and as explained above we do not collect information from anyone.
Changes to this notice
If we ever add more cookies or a working form backend, we will update this notice first and show the new date at the top of the page.
